Hi Boys Volleyball Families!
Happy back to school! I have some information about the first week of school and this fall's schedule to push out:
- Monday, August 15 all returners will meet in my classroom (714) from 2:20-2:45 for a reflection/goal setting meeting.
- Tryouts for returners are Saturday, August 20 from 9-11am in the Los Al gym.
- Tryouts for newcomers are Wednesday 7-9pm AND Saturday 11am-1pm in the Los Al gym.
- The program roster will be posted online Saturday night following tryouts.
- The fall semester training schedule is as follows: Mondays weight lifting 7-8am, Tuesdays Volleyball practice 6:30-8am, Wednesdays weight lifting 7-8am, Thursdays conditioning 7-8am. This schedule will begin on Monday, August 22.
