All players must have an Athletic Clearance submitted each school year. Players will not be allowed to participate in CIF league games without it. The process can be completed online and involves uploading a medical clearance form signed by the player's doctor clearing them for participation for the current school year.

This form is mostly filled out by the parent and then brought to the player's doctor for signature and stamp at the end of the last page. You must then upload a scan or photo to the clearance website as part of the clearance process.
